Centro Davao offers this website, including all information, tools, and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our site or booking a court, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). By accessing or using any part of the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the entirety of this agreement, you may not access the website or utilize our facilities.

Any new features, tools, or court types added to the current facility shall also be subject to these Terms.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY
To provide a fair and efficient booking experience for the Davao sports community, Centro Davao enforces the following payment protocols:
- 100% Upfront Payment: All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. No "pay-on-site" or "partial deposit" options are available.
- Court Capacity: To ensure safety and optimal play, a maximum of 10 players is allowed per court for any 1-hour booking or open play session.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We process all transactions securely through Paymogo. We exclusively accept the following digital payment methods:
- E-wallets: GCash, GrabPay, QRCode and Maya only
- Confirmation: Your booking is only secured once the payment transaction is successful. An automated booking confirmation and digital invoice will be dispatched to the email address provided during checkout.

₱365/hr - Standard Courts
4.2 Price Modifications
Centro Davao reserves the right to adjust the rates for court rentals and other services offered on our platform at any time without prior notice.
Please note that any price changes will not affect bookings that have already been fully paid and confirmed before the adjustment.
4.3 Promotions and Seasonal Campaigns
From time to time, we may offer special sales, "Happy Hour" extensions, or campaign-based pricing.
- These offers are valid only within the specific timeframes stated in the campaign.
- Promotional rates are subject to court availability.
- Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Centro Davao reserves the right to conclude a campaign or sale once the promotional limit is reached or the specified end date has passed.
